Easy chicken dinners
Prepping chicken at the beginning of the week is the best way to have quick and easy dinners for the week. It is super simple and tastes delicious! All you need is chicken breasts, a crockpot, a little oil, salt, and pepper. Just put the chicken breasts in the crockpot and add a little oil with the seasonings on top. Then add enough water to just cover the chicken and set it on high for 4 hours. That’s it! It shreds super easy and you can make tacos, chicken wraps, chicken salad, and so much more! Sometimes, I just heat up the chicken with some lemon pepper seasoning and have veggies as a side. It’s easy, healthy, and delicious. Try it for yourself and let me know what dishes you make!
