Jambalaya
Jambalaya is one of my husband and I’s favorite easy meals that is great for leftovers for the week (you could also call it meal prepping). It is a pretty simple recipe, takes about an hour, and tastes delicious! I don’t like shrimp so we just do extra sausage and put a little extra jalapeño because we both like it spicy. It is super easy to customize to your taste.
